the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, from quickly resolving any issues with the room to providing excellent service throughout my stay. the shared kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and electric kettle, making it easy to prepare meals. the free Wi-Fi was reliable, and the VIP check-in/out process was a nice touch. the hotel offered great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Nottingham.
